Best advice given to me:
“Be proud of the things you do and say”. And also; “it’s up to you to find a way”.
Hobbies and interests:
I really love being near the ocean, trying new activities, baking, taking photos, finding great new cafes and home-ware shops and dreaming of decorating my future home. I love coffee too much and the simple things in life like reading a good book in a hammock and spending time with good friends and family.
I will give my cycling career every chance possible to be successful and endeavour to finish up a credible, respected athlete that can and will benefit the lives of others.
My career is still young and I am proud of what I have achieved so far especially with such a wonderful team of people who have given me huge amounts of their time and belief over the years. I am incredibly lucky to feel so well supported by this current group of extraordinary people; Nat Bates and family, Chris Spinks, Kev Poulton, Nash Kent, Matt Smithson and family, and of course my family; The Roy’s and the wonderful Merrick’s. I am excited for the years ahead with this team!
